Our guidelines say that "promo shots allow to have part of the scenario as background", so these stills are categorized okay. Sometimes the borders among categories are very thin.

As an FYI to posters; I found out behind-the-scenes photos need to be 'official' and not from outside production. Although there can be some very nice BTS shots from other sources, I do see the reasoning behind the rule.
