I am trying to find a high resolution offical screen capture of this image from Fellowship Of The Ring. I went through all images under that title on this site but unfortunately could not find it among the uploads. Perhaps i missed it, if not does anyone know of a link or a website I could find it on to download .Greatly appreciate any help or suggestions.

That's probably unofficial screen capture. Such are not allowed here. The best way to get the image in highest quality possible, ask someone who owns the movie on UHD BD and is technically skilled. Try Blu-ray.com forums.
