Credits not showing

Topped up 500 credits yesterday - they show in my credit log but not added to my allowance so cannot download.

Please look into for me,

Martin checks that email periodically but don't worry, he always replies! Unfortunately, mods don't have any control over credits so we must refer to Martin. Sorry about that & thank you for your patience!
