Convert to jpg

Hi there, I've got a few stills that are in png or tiff format, which I usually convert with Picsart. It does the job but then the name is changed and I have to change it back to the original. Does anyone know of a program that converts pics lossless, without it changing the filename? A bonus would be if the program could convert in bulk.

Thanks in advance! 😊

Do you have Photoshop?

JPEG is lossy by definition. In general, this is not a proper place to discuss the topic IMO. I believe you will find a free solution after exploring software forums or ask Reddit (or similar) community for help. Photoshop (subscription-based proprietary software) mentioned by Timothy2 seems as overkill to me for this purpose.

Hi Dolly,

if you have a PC you can use my tool which you can find here: https://github.com/niccoloc0/MSDBConverter

I'm not sure whether the OP is interested in uploading these stills to MovieStillsDB since he says "the name is changed and I have to change it back to the original" – our upload system does not care what the name of the file is. But thanks for offering your tool publicly. I noticed you already posted in the staff area.

Awesome, thank you so much!

Yes, this is about still I want to upload. The upload system doesn't care about the name but I do, especially so I know what I've uploaded or not.
